GLP-1 Medication

Weight loss medication

Medication for support

Since 1971, Lindora has offered eligible clients prescription medication as additional support. The latest innovation in weight loss medicines are GLP-1 weekly injections.

GLP-1s mimic the action of naturally occurring peptides, stimulating the production of both glucagon and insulin to help regulate blood sugar and feel fuller, and curb cravings to support your weight loss and lifestyle changes.

At Lindora, our GLP-1s injections are medically supervised and administered by our nurse to help you achieve your goal with proper titration to help minimize side effects.* Our GLP-s are paired with a Wellness Membership that includes 1:1 nutrition coaching to help you maintain lean muscle and proper nutrition throughout your program.

*Prescription products are only available if prescribed by a qualified healthcare provider after consultation. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

How GLP-1s work

GLP-1s mimic the action of a naturally occurring peptide called glucagon-like peptide 1. This hormone is produced in the gut in response to food, and stimulates the production of both glucagon and insulin to regulate blood sugar levels.

GLP-1 injections act on appetite centers in the brain to increase a feeling of fullness and to slow the emptying of the stomach-causing you to eat less at meals and snack less between, allowing you to make behavioral lifestyle change to keep the weight off for good.
