Ginger Salmon on the Grill

Serves 1
Per serving:   Calories 190   Protein 22g   Carbohydrates 2g   Fat 8g

1 3.5 oz. salmon steak/fillet
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. light soy sauce

Spread the ginger on top of the salmon. Pour soy sauce over the salmon and wrap tightly in the foil. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until done.

Raspberry Mocha

Serves 1
Per Serving:   Calories 75   Protein 13.5g   Carbohydrates 4.5g   Fat 1g

1/2 pkg. Lindora Cappuccino
1/2 pkg. Lindora Raspberry Hot Cocoa
6 oz. Hot water

Blend all ingredients with Mini Mixer.
